the Swedish Chef (MUPPETS)

Lots of meetings today at work so keeping busy. Still sore from the race, feeling the lingering effects, mainly in my quads now. I will try and run either tonight or tomorrow to try and remove the lactic acid. Had a fun bike ride with N & J last nght and then they played for about an hour with the children across the street. Ortiz hit a game ending winning homer last night, they played the Boston radio play-by-play announcer this morning on espn radio and I heard it, sounded great, really got me excited. I wish the Red Sox still had great pitching so they would again be a lock for the World Series. Their lineup offensively is obviosuly the best in the entire league yet again. Ortiz, Damon, and Varitek are having an incredible season.

The Swedish Chef from the Muppet show arrived in the mail yesterday, and Nicki promptly put him in her bicycle basket and rode off. I told my family he is for me to help me cook! I always liked the Swedish Chef yapping away while he was preparing delicacies to eat.
